Wanted to send a message this morning to let you know how useful OK-First was to Franklin County during our recent experience with tropical storm Ike. We learned late in the week prior to Ike making landfall in Texas that a large outdoor music festival was going to be taking place in far northern Franklin County. The location is an outdoor venue, with a bare minimum of sheltering locations available. By far the majority of attendees would be staying in tents and RV's.
