OK-First Full Course (Norman)

OK-First will have its Spring Full Certification Course from March 13-16, 2007 at the National Weather Center in Norman (120 David L. Boren Blvd. Room 3902 , Norman, OK 73072). Completion of this course will deem the student as a Full Participant in the OK-First program.
