Oversees the daily operation of OK-FIRST, including the organization of the program's various workshops and institutes and the preparation of appropriate instructional materials. Serves as lead or roving instructor for OK-FIRST workshops. Establishes meaningful dialogue among the participants, and defines the product suite for end-users. The Project Director also maintains public relations and coordinates continuing education units (CEUs) for participants.

Handles logistics for all OK-FIRST courses. Locates appropriate venues and negotiates their use, updates course announcements, and handles course registrations. During workshops, he supports instructors and participants as roving instructor, and by organizing classroom materials and food. Mr. Veals is the first person one should contact for any questions about OK-FIRST.
