Viewing Maps
There are several ways to view maps either with keyboard commands or the mouse.
To zoom in, or magnify a map, choose one of the following:
- Left click the mouse on the map (this will zoom in to the cursor's location)
- Choose Map > Zoom In
- Scroll up with the scroll wheel (if you have a two-button mouse with scroll wheel)
To zoom out, choose one of the following:
- Right-click the mouse on the map
- Choose Map > Zoom Out
- Scroll down with the scroll wheel (if you have a two-button mouse with scroll wheel)
To fit the map to the size of the window:
- Choose Map > Zoom to Fit
To move the map around within the window:
- Press the Control key, hold down the left mouse button and move the mouse
If you have selected a product and wish to display it as a different product, the View As feature allows you to interchange barbs, contours, gradients, observations, and vectors.
To change a current product's view, select a product in the legend and choose one of the following:
- Choose Product > View As
- Right-click with the mouse then choose "View As" from the menu
