Question 5. Look at the radar reflectivity image at 4:30 p.m. How does this plot and the location of the echoes relate to the Mesonet fields at the same time?

Answer.  In previous questions we have located the boundaries where storm development is most likely. The 4:30 p.m. reflectivity image along with the solar radiation gradient from the mesonet show that the first storms form off these boundaries and will move into favorable storm environment.
