WUUS1 KOKC 172007 SVROKC OKC073-172045- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE OKLAHOMA CITY OK 305 PM CDT WED AUG 17 1994 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN OKLAHOMA CITY HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 345 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES IN CENTRAL OKLAHOMA KINGFISHER INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS DOVER...HENNESSEY...KINGFISHER...LACEY...LOYAL AND OMEGA AT 305 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 3 MILES NORTHEAST OF LACEY. THE STORM WAS MOVING SOUTH AT 35 TO 40 MPH AND WILL LIKELY PRODUCE WIND GUSTS TO BETWEEN 60 AND 70 MPH AND MAY PRODUCE HAIL UP TO GOLFBALL SIZE. THIS THUNDERSTORM IS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING EXTREMELY LARGE HAIL WHICH MAY CAUSE SEVERE DAMAGE TO PROPERTY AND SERIOUS INJURY TO PEOPLE AND LIVESTOCK. DAMAGING WINDS AND TORRENTIAL RAIN ARE ALSO LIKELY WITH THIS STORM. MOVE TO A STURDY STRUCTURE AND STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS. MOTORISTS SHOULD NOT ATTEMPT TO DRIVE THROUGH THIS STORM.
