Question 4. Does the River Forecast Center indicate any reason for concern? If so, what are their concerns?

Answer. On August 17, the River Forecast Center has some concern about the rainfall and the moderate rise of river and stream levels, but they feel there is a low potential for river flooding. On August 18, the rainfall that is forecasted in the area causes concern at the River Forecast Center. The concern is the moderate potential for river and stream flooding in northeast Oklahoma.
