Question 13. Look at the Tipton meteogram. What time of day would you expect Tipton to have the
highest BI and SC values?

Answer. In the Tipton meteogram, the highest BI and SC values occur around 3 p.m. (15:00). At this time, the temperature is near its high for the day and the relative humidity is at its lowest. This increases the BI value. Also at 3 p.m., the winds have increased in speed, which increases the SC value. |
