Question 3. At which locations in the state would a wildfire spread the most rapidly?

Answer. Wild fires would spread the most rapidly in the panhandle for this example. The OKFD model indicates the greatest spread component values are in this area. In this case (July 6, 2000), wild fires would spread at 80-120 ft/min.
