About WeatherScope

WeatherScope is a visualization package for viewing real-time weather data including data from the Oklahoma Mesonet, the Atmospheric Radiation Measurement (ARM) program, the National Weather Service Surface Observation Network, and radar images. The ability to create custom weather products is entirely in your hands. You decide which products to display, the color of each product, which units to use, and many other features. Data can be graphed in a time series plot or mapped in a station plot. Radar can be viewed on the same map with station data.

To run WeatherScope, Mac OS X version 10.3.9, a minimum of 512MB of RAM, and an accelerated graphics card with 32MB of VRAM are required. WeatherScope is distributed freely for noncommercial and educational use and can be used on both Apple Macintosh and Windows operating systems.
