Question 1. Describe the weather conditions across Oklahoma at noon on November 10, 1995 using the air temperature, dewpoint, winds, rainfall, and solar radiation.
 


 
Answer. At 12:00 p.m. on Nov. 10, 1995, a cold front is located in northwest Oklahoma. Ahead of the front, warm and moist air is present with southerly winds and temperatures in the 70's and 80's. Behind the front, cooler and drier air is associated with north and northwesterly winds and temperatures in the 30's and 40's. There is no precipitation at this time.
