Question 4. From your examination of the radar data, are any storms behaving differently from the rest?

Answer.  At least three complexes of showers and thunderstorms move against the upper level flow. One storm moves south to access the higher dew points in that area. (The higher dew points are indicated on the surface maps.) The clusters of storms that move from the east are embedded in onshore flow from the Atlantic ocean that extends from the surface to at least 850 mb.
