Tracking Real Time

Tracking real time enables you to view data at the current time. When this feature is enabled, WeatherScope automatically updates with the newest data. You have the option to turn off this feature if you do not have Internet service or wish to view archived data.

To track real time on a map, choose one of the following:

Choose Map > Track Real Time
Click once on the clock icon below the date in the legend. If the icon is highlighted, real time is tracked

To stop tracking real time on a map, choose one of the following:

Choose Map > Stop Tracking Real Time
Click once on the clock icon below the date in the legend. If the icon is dimmed, real time is not tracked

Note: Another way to quickly toggle Track Real Time is to right-click with the mouse on the date in the legend. A contextual menu will appear; choose Track Real Time or Stop Tracking Real Time.
